Mercedes Best was the first edition of an incentive program for all Mercedes-Benz after sales services: dealers achieving the best performances were awarded a 5 days trip to Dubai. For the launch of the contest, a wall clock showing the 3 hours timezone difference was sent to each workshop: an invitation to stay always ahead of time.
